This spray was created for those who have a difficult time telling what they are truly feeling. We have spent so much time being told that we are irrational, we shouldn't feel a certain way, or perhaps we are crazy to even think that, we lose the sense of what we really feel and instead override those feelings with whatever we are being told. We may have been taught to deny our feelings of pain, to have "no bad days" and just be positive all the time. You may have been encouraged to deny your physical and emotional pain...unfortunately this pain simply goes underground only to resurface later in some other form and very likely causing us more pain than if we had accepted its original form.
In severe cases, someone can make us feel crazy by Gaslighting us and telling us that what we feel isn't true or real. This spray was created to assist us in owning our own authentic feelings, to help us with the clarity of mind to speak our own truth and helps us reclaim our own mind.
[This spray can also be paired with our Authenticity Spray to assist with recovering our Authentic self when we've been gaslighted for an extended period of time, and is helpful in calming the mind in cases of "truth abuse."]
Ingredients: Crystal Essences in Spring Water, therapeutic grade essential oils, organic vegan-friendly preservative, crystals. ALCOHOL FREE!
Scent notes include: Grapefuit, Copaiba and other essential oils
Creation of our Sprays
When we find a need for a spray, not only do we research and cross reference the crystals and oils extensively from a variety of sources, we also test them out within our sessions, and on ourselves and family. In the case of the pet sprays, we test them on our own pets.
If the spray doesn't yield the required results, we tweak it until we consistently get the energetic effects we desire.
