Religious Trauma Spray- Breaking Free of damaging religious programming.

Belonging to a church or Religious organization should help us to feel empowered, supported, and spiritually nourished. But that is not everyone's experience. Unfortunately,  many are damaged by abuse - be it mental/emotional or even physically and sexually- and often in the "name of God".

We have many clients who are trying to undo the damaging programming around religion. This can be about guilt, shame, sexuality, finances, unhealthy boundaries in regards to giving and receiving, self-denial, self-sacrifice and deprivation,  and a whole "host" (pun intended) of other issues that cause them to struggle. It can be extremely difficult to break free of those programs, especially when they have been present since birth.

This spray was created to help us sift out those outdated mental programs installed by damaging Religions, so that we can live and love outside the confines of a restrictive Religious regime.
