It's okay to say "NO!" Spray-
The first step in healthy boundary setting is the ability to say NO to the things we don't want. It's very easy to get caught in the pattern of agreeing to more than we are capable of giving, and this can leave us depleted and resentful.
It's common to find ourselves in situations that continually drain us, and we look around wondering what we can do to add some relaxation to our schedule, or even something fun that helps us to recharge our depleted battery.
Try out this spray as an x-ray to illuminate the ways we agree to too much, and as the Crystal Essences and Essential Oils begin to work deeper on your biofield, you'll get practice at saying "NO!" more and more!

When we find a need for a spray, not only do we research and cross reference the crystals and oils extensively from a variety of sources, we also test them out within our sessions, and on ourselves and family. In the case of the pet sprays, we test them on our own pets.
If the spray doesn't yield the required results, we tweak it until we consistently get the energetic effects we desire.
