When we inhale essential oils, they travel through the olfactory system into our brains, where they can affect the body in a number of ways—including potentially regulating the nervous system response and promoting calm. This spray contains essential oils that have been shown to calm anxiety, and improve mood. This spray works best if you initially use it while calm, to assist your brain in associating it with calm feelings. Then you can use it while your anxiety is high, to help you return to the calm state once more.
Ingredients: Crystal Essences in Spring Water, therapeutic grade essential oils, organic vegan-friendly preservative, crystals.
Scent notes include: Clary Sage, Chamomile, Lavender and other essential oils
Creation of our Sprays
When we find a need for a spray, not only do we research and cross reference the crystals and oils extensively from a variety of sources, we also test them out within our sessions, and on ourselves and family. In the case of the pet sprays, we test them on our own pets.
If the spray doesn't yield the required results, we tweak it until we consistently get the energetic effects we desire.
