Hate is one of the hardest emotions to deal with. We all feel it, but no one accepts it. It’s certainly not acceptable in our society to feel it. We say things to children such as, “you don’t hate that, you just don’t like it” or “that’s not a nice thing to say,” because we, ourselves, are programmed not to allow that emotion. Hate can get locked up over our heart chakra, specifically on the left side, if we don’t learn how to validate and move through it. This doesn’t mean that we take that emotion out on people and create chaos with it. In fact, the more we validate and move through hate, the less it has power over us, and the easier we can return to our natural state of joy and love.
